Joker: Folie a Deux new poster unveiled ahead of its premiere at Venice Film Festival 2024

Makers of Joker: Folie a Deux released a new poster of the film ahead of its premiere at the Venice International Film Festival 2024. The new poster features Joaquin Phoenix as Arthus Fleck and Lady Gaga as Harley Quinn. Both seem to have stepped in their disguise—the way the world identifies them.

While the trailer mostly showed them on the premises of Arkham Asylumm, the poster features them under a clear sky. The text on the post reads, "The world is a stage."
The Joker: Folie a Deux poster was captioned as, "No longer unnoticed. Joker: Folie a Deux - only in theaters and IMAX, October 4. #JokerMovie #FilmedForIMAX."

Directed by Tod Philips, Joker: Folie a Deux is the sequel to the 2019 film Joker. It is one of the most anticipated films of the year. 

Across the globe, the film is slated for an October 4 release. However, it will be released in India on October 2.

The news was shared on Warner Bros. India's Instagram handle. The caption on the post read, "The most anticipated sequel is coming earlier than expected! Joker: Folie a Deux releases in cinemas in India 2 days earlier, on Wednesday, October 2, 2024."

Joaquin Phoenix won the Best Actor Award at the 92nd Academy Awards for his performance in the 2019 film Joker.
