Kajol opens up about online trolling and hate she received for being "rude" with paps.
Kajol has been criticised online for her "rude and angry behaviour" towards the paps. Ever since videos from her Durga Puja pandals went viral, which shows her getting angry at the paps, the actress has been brutally trolled online. Now, in a recent interview, the actress has addressed the trolling and has defended her behaviour towards the paps.
Speaking to Zoom, Kajol said that she refuses to apologise for being herself and that she will never edit herself for somebody else's idea that "she is a celebrity and should not lose her temper".
She said, “I do get angry. I have bad days and good days—that’s me.”
Kajol added, “I think that I cannot and will not sit down and edit myself time and again for somebody else’s idea of ‘she is a celebrity and she should not lose her temper’.”
With her latest statement, the actress has asserted that she would never conform to people's unrealistic expectation that celebrities must always present a polished image.

On the professional front, Kajol will be seen playing a police officer in Netflix’s Do Patti, which also stars Kriti Sanon and Shaheer Sheikh. Helmed by Shashanka Chaturvedi, the film was released on the OTT platform today (Oct 25).
Next, she will feature in Maa and Sarzameen. She will also be seen in Charan Tej Uppalapati’s action-packed Maharagni—Queen of Queens, which marks her reunion with Prabhu Deva after 27 years. The film also stars Naseeruddin Shah, Samyuktha Menon, Jisshu Sengupta, Aditya Seal, Pramod Patha, and Chhaya Kadam. It will also be released in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.
