Prime Minister Narendra Modi shared on Monday (October 28) that India's voice is now resonating globally, with countries paying greater attention and recognising the potential India holds.
Speaking at an event in Lathi, Amreli district, Gujarat, where he inaugurated development initiatives valued at Rs 4,800 crore, PM Modi highlighted the interest of BRICS nations, who recently met in Kazan, Russia, to collaborate with India on its developmental journey.
“The world is now listening to India with rapt attention and seriousness, and everyone is looking at the country with new hope and discussing the vast possibilities it presents in different fields,” Modi stated.
Stressing the importance of these projects, Modi explained how they aim to boost the quality of life for local residents and stimulate regional development. He shared that the port-led development initiative will soon bring substantial upgrades to ports in Gujarat's Amreli district.
“Ports of Gujarat's Amreli district will be developed as part of the port-led development initiative. Gujarat's work in the field of water management has set an example in the country," he added.

Referencing German Chancellor Olaf Scholz’s recent trip to New Delhi, Modi noted Scholz’s announcement to grant visas to 90,000 Indians each year. This opportunity, he added, depends on Indian youth acquiring the necessary skills.
“As we continue to develop, India's pride and influence on the world stage is increasing. The whole world is looking at India with new hope and a new vision. People have started recognising India's potential. Today, the whole world listens to India seriously and attentively, and everyone discusses the possibilities present within India," he added.
“Every country is asking about the possibility of investment in India,” Modi stated, recalling the rapid expansion of a dairy cooperative in Amreli since its establishment in 2007, growing from 25 villages to over 700. The prime minister also inaugurated the Bharat Mata Sarovar, a reservoir costing ₹35 crore on the Gagadio river in Amreli.
In addition, Modi and Spanish President Pedro Sanchez inaugurated the Tata Aircraft Complex in Vadodara, which will produce C295 aircraft.
