During his Dil-Luminati Tour performance in Jaipur, Diljit Dosanjh created an unforgettable moment. While the singer was talking to his fans from the stage, he met a young woman in the audience who shared something quite surprising. She told him that she had skipped her roka ceremony (a traditional Indian pre-wedding ceremony) just to be at his concert! When Diljit heard this, his eyes widened with surprise.
Instead of being concerned, Diljit handled the situation with warmth and wisdom. He smiled and told her not to worry, saying that everything happens at the right time in life. But he didn't stop there – he made the moment even more special. After telling the fan "I love you too!", Diljit took off the black jacket he was wearing and gave it to her as a gift. He suggested that she may give this jacket to the person she eventually chooses to marry. The whole crowd burst into loud cheers and applause, making the moment even more magical.
The Jaipur concert
Diljit wore a pink jersey as he arrived in Jaipur. He also shared a reel, and captioned it writing, “PINK CITY Jaipur DIL-LUMINATI TOUR Year 24.”
Early on Saturday morning (Nov 1) Diljit Dosanjh visited the beautiful and historic Nahargarh Fort in Jaipur. He shared some peaceful pictures with his fans on social media. In these photos, we can see him sitting quietly at the fort at sunrise. He had his eyes closed and hands folded, seeming to enjoy a peaceful moment at this beautiful location.
Domestic leg of the tour
After travelling and performing all around the world, Diljit started the Indian part of his tour with a big show in Delhi last month (Oct). He has planned to visit many cities across India to perform for his fans. His concert schedule includes stops in eleven different cities, starting from Delhi and then moving to places like Jaipur, Chandigarh, and Guwahati in the east, Pune and Indore in central India, going down south to Bengaluru and Hyderabad, and also visiting Kolkata, Lucknow, and Ahmedabad.
