As Shah Rukh Khan debuts new short hairdo, fans on social media have a collective meltdown

Shah Rukh Khan just debuted his new look with short hair at an event on Tuesday in Mumbai. Khan, who has been sporting long hair for a while, created quite a stir at the event and online on Tuesday as he attended a press conference for the upcoming IIFA awards. The actor will be a co-host with Karan Johar at this year's award ceremony. 

Both Karan and Shah Rukh attended the press conference and were seen interacting with the awards unit.

On Tuesday, Khan wore a cap to hide his hairdo but the short crop itself excited his fans. He was dressed in an all-black attire for the event. According to reports, Khan wore a black cap from the brand D'YAVOL Luxury Collective, which is co-founded by his eldest son, Aryan Khan. 

Several papparazi accounts shared videos of the superstar from the event where he was seen hugging Rana Daggubati and interacting with Karan Johar.

It isn't clear yet if the new hairdo is for one of SRK's upcoming project. Khan was last seen in Dunki in December 2023, which was declared a hit at the box office. Nevertheless, the new look led to a collective meltdown of his fans on social media. See what everyone had to say. 

IIFA 2024 will be hosted by KJO, Vicky Kaushal and Shah Rukh Khan. Both Karan and Shah Rukh also took to the stage on Tuesday and addressed the press. The 24th edition of the International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA) 2024 will be held in Abu Dhabi.
