In a final push before Election Day, the Democratic campaign ramped up its efforts in Arizona with a star-studded rally called Pachanga to the Polls. The Phoenix event featured prominent Latina celebrities showing their support for Kamala Harris's campaign.
The gathering brought together an influential group of Hollywood stars, with Jessica Alba and Eva Longoria headlining alongside Rosario Dawson and Jordana Brewster. The event, which was accessible to the general public, included speeches from actresses Liza Koshy and Gina Torres, accompanied by live entertainment.
Each celebrity carefully chose their campaign attire to convey their message. Alba, known for her role in Fantastic Four, energized the crowd while wearing a white t-shirt featuring the Spanish word "Vota" (Vote). Eva Longoria, age 49, made a bold statement in a blue sweater declaring "Madame president." Jordana Brewster demonstrated her local support with a white t-shirt reading "Arizona for Harris-Walz," while Rosario Dawson opted for a more subdued look, wearing all black with a "Love" baseball cap.
The timing of the event coincided with some good news for the Harris campaign, following pollster Ann Selzer's recent survey showing Harris with a three-point advantage in Iowa.
