While nothing has been confirmed, as per the report, the threat call warning to kill Shah Rukh Khan was received on a police landline number of Bandra Police Station. As per ANI, the caller demanded Rs 50 lakh and issued a life threat to the actor if the payment was not made.
In a shocking turn of events, actor Shah Rukh Khan has reportedly received a threat call. On Thursday (Nov. 7), a case was registered at Bandra Police Station in this regard and an investigation has begun.
After an investigation, police officials revealed that the call had been made from the phone of a man named Faizan Khan, who is from Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Some officials have reached Raipur to nab the person who allegedly made the death threat to the actor.

The case has been registered under Sections 308 (4) and 351 (3)(4) of the BNS. However, no complaint has been filed by SRK's team yet.

The threat to SRK comes at a time when Salman Khan has been receiving death threats continuously. The Dabangg actor has been getting threats and ransom demands in recent months. On Oct. 30, an unknown person sent a message on WhatsApp to Mumbai Police's Traffic Helpline number demanding Rs 2 crore (Rs 20 million) from Salman.

In recent years, Khan and his father Salim Khan have received several death threats, allegedly from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.
In April, two bike-borne assailants fired multiple rounds of gunshots outside Khan's Mumbai home at Galaxy Apartments in Bandra area.
