It's time for Haseen Dilruba. After a long wait, Taapsee Pannu and Vikrant Massey's Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba is set to release this August.
On Monday, Netflix shared the big news. Taking to their official social media handles, the streaming giant unveiled the release date with an intriguing teaser that will take the audience's excitement a notch higher. The movie will be released on August 9 on Netflix.
The gripping teaser starts with ''Haseena'' Rani (Taapsee), followed by her husband Rishu (Vikrant) with his prosthetic hand. Then there is a character played by Sunny Kaushal. Actor Jimmy Shergill is also part of the cast and he's playing the role of a cop.
Sharing the intense teaser, they wrote, ''9 August ki Hasseen shaam, Dillruba ke naam 🌹Phir Aayi Hasseen Dillruba, is out on 9 August, only on Netflix.''

Since the announcement of the sequel, fans have been excited to see what Rani and Rishu are up to this time.
As per the details available, the story picks up after the thrilling climax of the first part, and the plot has moved from Jwalapur in Haridwar to Agra where Rani and Rishu are living a life under the rocks. Rani is living as a paying guest and Rishu, who is dead in the eyes of the world, is living as Ravi Varma. As the city faces new challenges like broken barrages, and heavy floods, Rishu and Rani are trying their best for their happily ever after.
The sequel has been helmed by Jayprad Desai and penned and co-produced by Kanika Dhillon,

The movie tells the story of a Delhi-based girl Rani, who settles with a small-city guy Rishu, who is head over heels in love with her. Leaving her Delhi life, she moves with him to Haridwar. Bored with her regular married life and after trying all the things to seduce her husband and bring some charm into her life, Rani falls for her brother-in-law Neel, played by Harshvardhan Rane. Rani's life takes a 360-degree turn after her husband comes to know about her affair with Neel and how things lead up to the murder of Rishu (Ifykyk).
