"We're confident that we'll come back from that score and reach the final," Mbappé said at a children's event ahead of the second leg in Paris.
"There's a lot of pressure, which is normal because there's a place in the Champions League final at stake, which is very important. Especially when you consider the club's record in the competition.
"We're aware of the pressure, but the group is extremely calm. We're confident that we'll
come back from that score and reach the final."
"I've often had the same warning from the children. I've heard a lot of 'You've got to win!' And they're right, we have to win.”
Like the quarterfinal second leg, PSG will walk into the semifinal second leg with a task in hand having trailed Barcelona 3-2. However, they did manage to beat the Spanish side 4-1 to advance into the semis and will be hoping for the same.

Striker Kylian Mbappe is in red-hot form for PSG having scored eight goals in the competition, level with Bayern Munich’s Harry Kane for most goals scored in the 2023-24 Champions League. Despite confirming of his desire to leave PSG earlier, Mappe will look to end his stint with the side on a positive note with a likely treble in sight.
PSG have already won the French Ligue title and are in the final of the Coup de France where they play Lyon in the final. A place in the Champions League final will see them on course for the side’s first-ever European treble.
