The Mirzapur actor is all set to star in Agni, an action-packed drama produced by Farhan Akhtar. The film, which also stars Pratik Gandhi, is a tribute to the bravery of firefighters. Farhan Akhtar shared a teaser of what to expect when he posted the fim’s poster on Instagram. It shows Pratik as a firefighter carrying a young boy away from danger. With the tagline “Courage, Honor, Sacrifice,” Agni promises to be an intense film.

Vicky Kaushal is taking on the powerful role of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj in Chhava, directed by Laxman Utekar. This historical drama also stars Rashmika Mandanna as Yesubai Bhonsale, the wife of Sambhaji Maharaj. The film explores the life of the Maratha ruler, who was the son of the legendary Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. This will be the first time Vicky and Rashmika are seen together on screen.

Rajkummar Rao returns to the horror-comedy genre with Stree 2, the sequel to the 2018 hit Stree. Directed by Amar Kaushik, the film also brings back Shraddha Kapoor, Pankaj Tripathi, and Aparshakti Khurana, with Tamannaah Bhatia joining in a special appearance. Part of the larger horror-comedy universe created by Maddock Films, Stree 2 is sure to be another spooky ride for horror comedy fans.

Shahid Kapoor is set to play a cop in the action-thriller Deva, directed by Rosshan Andrrews. The film also stars Pooja Hegde and Pavail Gulati. In the first look of the film, Shahid is seen in a rugged avatar, holding a gun and sporting a police jacket, against a smoky background. With its intense storyline and Shahid’s dynamic performance, Deva is expected to be a major hit.

Aditya Roy Kapur will be part of the ensemble cast of Metro In Dino, directed by Anurag Basu. The film, which is set to release in November also features Konkona Sen, Sara Ali Khan, and Pankaj Tripathi, among others. Metro In Dino is described as a spiritual sequel to Basu’s 2007 film Life in a Metro, and it promises to be an emotional rollercoaster that explores the lives and relationships of people living in a bustling city.
