'Death on the Nile' to 'The Batman': Movies to look forward to in 2021

Owing to the pandemic, numerous film releases that were supposed to happen in 2020, got pushed to the new year. With a hope of theaters opening again, 2021 looks packed with films, big and small. One of the most anticipated films of the year, including James Bond 'No Time To Die', Gal Gadot's 'Death on the Nile' and many more movies are expected to spark theater-going, this year:

Death on the Nile

Adventure movie 'Death on the Nile' was taken off the holiday movie calendar. Walt Disney Co said the release of the mystery adventure, based on an Agatha Christie novel and with a star cast that includes Gal Gadot and Kenneth Branagh, had been delayed from October 9, 2020, to October 23, 2020, to December 18, 2020, was then removed from the 2020 calendar completely, but is now set for September 17, 2021.

The Batman

Warner Bros. has been changing their release dater for many of its upcoming films including 'The Batman,' starring Robert Pattinson and directed by Matt Reeves. The film was originally expected to debut June 25, 2021, and will now launch in theatres on Oct. 1, 2021.

Fast and Furious 9

After keeping us waiting for so long, the ninth instalment in the 'Fast and Furious' franchise, 'Fast 9', is finally coming to India in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada languages.

With 'Fast and Furious 9', the Fast family is back for more high-octane thrills and insane vehicular madness, all wrapped up with colourful characters and exotic locations from around the world. Starring Vin Diesel and Michelle Rodriguez along with John Cena, Cardi B and Charlize Theron among others,

The movie will be releasing in theatres on 3rd September 2021

Black Widow

'Black Widow' has also been delayed ever since the pandemic broke out. Now the movie is scheduled for May 2021 release.

Top Gun: Maverick new footage

Paramount Studios also presented new footage from the long-awaited sequel to 1986 smash hit 'Top Gun.'

Attendees were shown the film's opening 13 minutes, in which Cruise's Maverick tests out a futuristic and experimental supersonic jet in defiance of his US Navy admiral, who wants to shut down the secretive program and replace it with unmanned drones.

A new trailer for the film showed Cruise teaching a new generation of fighter pilots.

A Quiet Place 2

John Krasinski directorial 'A Quite Place 2' is earning big numbers in the overseas box office. The movie is the first film to earn $100 million at the US box office since the pandemic led to the shutting down of theatres in March 2020.

As per the reports 'A Quiet Place 2' will release in the Indian theatres in the next three months.

No Time To Die

After months of delay, the 25th James Bond film 'No Time to Die' is finally in theatres. 

'No Time To Die' features James Bond as he leaves active service. Craig will also be seen playing the famous secret service agent for one last time.
