One Direction bandmates come together to bid a final goodbye to Liam Payne

Family and friends of One Direction star Liam Payne, who died last month after falling from a Buenos Aires hotel room, gathered for his funeral in Britain on Wednesday. Payne's former bandmates Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson were among mourners at the private service at St Mary's Church in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, just outside London.

A month after Liam Payne fell of a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires and died, friends and family gathered together in Britain to bid a final goodbye to the singer. Around a dozen fans watched on from behind a nearby cordon as guests hugged each other before walking past floral tributes into the 12th century church to pay their final respects to the singer.

Goodbye to the 'Son' and 'Daddy'

Payne's coffin arrived in a white horse-drawn hearse topped with floral tributes spelling the words "Son" and "Daddy" followed by his parents.

Kate Cassidy at Liam Payne's funeral

Model Kate Cassidy also attended the funeral on Wednesday. Kate was with Liam at Buenos Aires where the incident took place. However, she was not with him in the room during the time of his death. On Wednesday she attended Liam's funeral with Damian Hurley.

One Direction reunite in grief

Liam's One direction bandmates Harry Styles and Niall Horan were seen leaving after attending his funeral. Payne was found dead on October 16 after falling from the balcony of his third-floor room at the Casa Sur Hotel in the Argentinian capital.

Liam's former bandmate Zayn Malik was also present at the funeral.Liam's death, at 31, prompted a global outpouring of grief from family, former bandmates and fans with thousands gathering in cities around the world to offer condolences.

Cherlyn Tweedy at ex Liam Payne's funeral

Cheryl Tweedy was also seen at ex- Liam Payne's funeral on Wednesday. Liam and Cheryl  dated for two years and were co-parents to their son Bear. Cheryl met Liam first on X-Factor where she was a judge and he a contestant.
