Bollywood stars Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa had an intimate wedding in Chandigarh on November 15 in the presence of close family and friends. From the film industry a select few people including Farah Khan, Huma Quereshi, Aditi Rao Hydari, Siddharth and Saqib Saleem were in attendance. Rajkummar Rao and Patralekha married on November 15 after being together for 11 years. The couple had been living in together for the last few years. The two even shared screen space together in 2014 in Hansal Mehta's 'Citylights' where they played a migrant couple who get stuck in Mumbai due to unforeseen circumstances.

For the wedding, Patralekhaa wore a traditional red saree and Rajkummar Rao complimented her in a white Kurta-Pajama with a matching jacket. Patralekhaa's veil caught everyone's attention as it had an oath in Bengali inscribed on the border which means,"I pledge all my love to you”. Both their outfits were designed by Sabyasachi Mukherjee.

Farah Khan shared these photos from the wedding on her Instagram page. Khan is known to be close to both Rajkummar and Patralekha. The filmmaker also helped the groom in tying the customary turban before his wedding. "You don’t marry the person you can live with.. you marry the person you Can’t live without.. @rajkummar_rao & @patralekhaa .. urs was the most beautiful and emotional wedding n I know the marriage will be the same.. lov u Raju&Goldy .. ♥️ #goldencouple," Khan wrote on Instagram.

Manohar Lal Khattar, the Chief Minister of Haryana, attended the couple's reception that took place on Monday evening. The CM shared this image on his Twitter page as he wished the newlyweds. For the reception, Patralekha wore a white and cold saree while Rajkummar chose a black suit.

Apart from Farah Khan, the wedding was attended by actors Siddharth, Abhishek Banerjee, Huma Quereshi, and Aditi Rao Hydari who was Patralekhaa's roommate many years back when they both came to Mumbai to work in Bollywood. Filmmaker Mudassar Aziz, Anurag Basu and Amar Kaushik too attended the wedding.
