Bond Girls have always been the special part of the 007 movies over the years, but their deaths onscreen have always been devastating. From Jill Masterson mysterious death to James Bond's wife Tracy's murder, here are the most heartbreaking Bond Girl deaths.
Vesper Lynd and 007 had a special bond in the 2006 film 'Casino Royale'. Vesper played HM Treasury liaison officer and as a secret double agent for Quantum, she is an unwilling traitor and helping Quantum because they have taken her lover Yusef Kabira hostage and threatened to kill him if she does not cooperate.
After delivering money to Quantum, his employees lock her in an elevator which sinks water. Bond tries to save her but he unable to save his lady love.

Jill Masterson played by Shirley Eaton is the first of many Bond girls to be murdered.
The secondary Bond girl in the movie 'Goldfinger'. Jill was employed to the obsessive and pathological criminal, Auric Goldfinger, and helps him to win the cards. After her betrayal, when she slept with Jame Bond. As a result, Goldfinger sends his bodyguard Oddjob to kill her.

Corinne Dufour, a personal pilot to wealthy industrialist Hugo Drax, in the 1979 James Bond film, 'Moonraker'.
Corinne leaked some information to James Bond, unfortunately during their talk, Drax's personal men saw her. After Bond departs for Venice the following morning, Corinne is summoned by Drax while he is out hunting and sets his trained hunting dogs onto her. She flees into the woods, where she is subsequently mauled to death.

Paula Caplan an MI6 agent alongside James Bond in the movie, 'Thunderball', they both were put together to investigate the theft of the atomic bombs. In the movie, she got kidnapped by the villain Emilio Largo and was taken to Largo's estate, opted not to leak any secret, she committed suicide by swallowing a cyanide capsule.

Strawberry Fields played by Gemma Arterton, the MI6 agent appeared as Bond girl in the 2008 film, 'Quantum of Solace'.
She was tasked to stop Bond when he went against orders and tried to stop the Bolivian based villain, Dominic Greene. She was killed by the Greene's henchmen who targeted her and followed her back to her hotel room. They then drowned her in crude oil in an effort to misdirect MI6.

Aki played by actress Akiko Wakabayashi, a Japanese Secret Service who appeared in the 1967 James Bond film, 'You Only Live Twice'.
In the movie, she fell for Bond. While two agents were asleep an assassin sent to kill Bond, tries to lower a thin cord to Bond's mouth, intending to poison him. At the last moment, Bond turns in his sleep and Aki moves to his position and the poison falls on her lips which she inadvertently swallows and after the few moments she died.

Tracy Bond, daughter of criminal syndicalist Marc-Ange Draco and the wife of James Bond. Played by British actress Diana Rigg.
Tracy and James married in the movie, 'Her Majesty's Secret Service', and drove off to their honeymoon in his Aston Martin DBS. When he pulls over to remove wedding decorations from the car, Irma Bunt conducted a drive-by shooting, and the bullet directly hit Tracy's forehead and she died on the spot.
